Arnside Library will be closed from 28th February to 10th March for decoration. Books can be returned to a drop-box in the foyer of the E.I. during the closure. Milnthorpe, Grange & Kendal libraries will be open.
Open 6 days a week at the Educational Institute on Church Hill.
9am-7pm Monday to Friday. 9am-5pm on Saturday.
A range of fiction and factual books for adults and children.
Free to join (just fill in the form in the Library) and free to borrow books.
A Library staff member is in the Library on a Tuesday morning from 10am - 12 noon to provide assistance and answer queries.

Public Toilets are situated on the Lower Promenade. Cost: 20p with Wheelchair Access and Parent & Baby facilities.
A Children's Play Area and the Memorial Playing Fields can be found on Silverdale Road, just past Arnside Village Stores.
Parking is free in Arnside but time limited on the Promenade between the Albion and Gallery H. The car parking area near the viaduct (opposite the Chip Shop) is prone to flooding at high tide so please be aware and check the tide timetable (available at local shops or on the internet at www.tidetimes.org.uk/arnside-tide-times )
